Blueberry Basil Smoothie
4 ingredients | 5 minutes | 1 serving
Ingredients
1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2/3 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
2 tbsps Basil Leaves
Directions
Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers: Best enjoyed immediately.
Serving Size: One serving is equal to approximately 1 1/2 cups
Likes it Sweet: Add maple syrup or honey.
More Flavor: Add frozen cauliflower, kale, or tahini.
