- 6.5 Cups Kale Leaves (chopped)
- 2/3 Cucumber (chopped)
- 1 1/3 Cups Blueberries
- 1 2/3 Stalks of Celery (chopped)
- 1 1/3 Beet (peeled and spiralized)
- 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Lemons (medium, juiced)
- 2/3 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 2/3 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 lb Chicken Thighs (use only 4 ounces at time once done)
