Where is your ENTHUSIASM within your mindset to grow in the physical / health area of your life?
Think about it…so many of you approach health and our physical bodies with demands, ultimatums, and negativity. It’s a chore to start that exercise program, a punishment to implement those new nutrition guidelines into your diet, a waste to take an hour or two out of your day for self-care.
It’s rare (unfortunately) that we approach health with enthusiasm.
I’m talking about joy, pleasure, positivity, and sense of pure goodness for honoring your body.
My ENTHUSIASM is to become vibrantly alluring
To be vibrating on a level that exudes an attractive yet fascinating glow about me. And I’m not talking about an external glow that you get after a facial (though, that is an amazing self-care ritual). This level of physical health comes from within.
It’s not for the hot body or other external drivers that we focus on when we normally start our health journeys. It’s for a level of vibrancy that my inner being exudes from the energy levels that I cultivate from within.
From external to internal
You see, I have been in the health and wellness arena for over 15 years now. I have achieved external physical accomplishments with my body that so many strive for. I had tight abs, a round firm booty (yes, my ass is great!), and ripped arms to show definition. I have completed a half marathon and 2 tough mudders. I felt my physical fitness was on point when I started my health and wellness journey!
However, when I became a nutritionist in 2010, I became more enthusiastic about my internal state, by the way I felt from the food I ate. This level of health was truly transformative for me and also gave me the tools to better assist my clients.
Fast forward to today, mental awareness and a state of being are where my enthusiasm resides for my physical health.
Over the years I have started to learn more about how our inner state (mind) impacts our overall well being. Because when we master our emotions, we master our creations!
Matching my inner state to the outer world
When I gave this concept some good thought, I realized that I spent so many years focused on fitness and nutrition to make me look and feel good. But the truth is, I didn’t always feel good. For a while my external appearance didn’t match my inner state.
I realized many times, no matter how “good” or “attractive” I looked on the outside, my inner world was screaming for help and more SELF LOVE.
So with this in mind, I am diving deep into into my daily meditation practices and erotic practices in self pleasure for my body.
This is where a woman’s self confidence lives, where her power is sourced, where she connects to her deepest feelings and longings. Daily meditation and erotic practices connect me to the infinite source around me which ultimately creates space to connect to my heart and future, which then leads to pure rapture and bliss.
For me, when I tap into this place, I am connecting to my creative capacity. By being in a state of rapture that is vibrant and alluring, I am fully standing in my power!
That vibrant, alluring appeal comes from a place within. That radiance and inner knowing, trusting, listening and surrendering will not only open my heart but open my mind to the possibilities of how powerful I will become beyond measures!
This is where my intuition and inner guidance resides and it is more of my divine feminine energy that evokes this calling. Divine Feminine is “Be” energy and requires minimal to no action at all. It’s a sacred space.
So here goes to an infinite source within me… and soon to all that are around me.
I am the definition of a powerful woman.
I love with my WHOLE body, heart, and soul.
I say whatever the fuck is on my mind.
I make huge mistakes proudly.
I rage with as much passion as I grieve.
I live my poetry, my art.
I risk my life to live my truth.
I laugh easily, mostly at myself.
I would sell my soul for a night of ecstasy.
And every day I’m serving my Goddess, with every cell of my being.

My actionable practices to start implementing include:
- Meditate every day! Challenge myself by doing a 4:00 a.m Joe Dispenza heart centered meditation two to three times per week.
- Listen to my Install voice recording 1x a day for optimal energy, connection and feel-good states of being. Every time you make a new choice that is in alignment with your future, you’re priming your brain to install the neurological hardware to actually think, act, and feel like the person you want to be in your future.
- Journal weekly on my intuition, synchronicities and all the ways I slow down to receive.
- Create one special night a week of pleasure just for myself. Yummy.
